Equipment
CSAL Inc. is proud to use 2008 Varian ICP 720 as well as up to
date lab equipment for the highest quality analysis available.
Service
These days, almost anywhere you go, customer service is not what
it used to be. We strive to maintain old-fashioned customer
service standards utilizing modern technology. We are committed
to promptly returning phone calls and emails within business
hours; and delivering completed analysis reports as promised,
barring any unforeseen circumstances. We understand that our
clients may have deadlines that they are working under. In order
to assist them in meeting their timelines we offer Next Day, 24 or
48 hour rush analysis for nominal fees.
We also do sub-contractor analysis for other laboratories, assisting
them with either full analytical services, as a back-up, or analysis
verification.
